My 93 V8 is located under the truck inside the left frame rail. It definitely
would not hurt to chnage it with that many miles on it. Use caution could have
pressure on it, you should bleed pressure off first at the fuel rail. Mine
left side of throttle body a little cap with a schrader valve under it. Not to
difficult to do once you get the pressure off.
