About a year ago, my brother went on a snowboarding trip with a few
friends. The guy he rode up with had a Chebby that had about 5 or 6
computers in it, and he had a box in the glove compartment that let him
switch between them. So its possible with a Chebby; I dunno about Dodge.

HA! Good luck! :-) (Getting data from CC, that is.) It is my
understanding that aftermarket people start from scratch when designing
their computers. (I think Jet had a computer out before MP released the
SBEC for the '96's, so they couldn't have reverse engineered it.)

A while ago, Jules from MPI posted saying that they had a '95 dakota
that they were driving around without a computer; supposedly, they had a
laptop computer in the cab that took the computer's place. If that's so,
it would appear to be possible... (Of course, MPI probably wouldn't be
any more forthcoming with their info than CC.) ;-)
