I just received my CheckMate soft tonneau cover after a 2 month ordeal. My
girlfriend ordered it for me in December as a Christmas present. When it
hadn't arrived by Jan. 15th, she called and asked what happened. They had
no record of the order. They apologized and re-placed the order. When it
still hadn't come 2 weeks later, I called them. They lost the order AGAIN!
They vaguely remember the order, but again, no record of it. So I placed
the order myself, one last time. After another little mis-communication
amongst themselves, I finally got it today. (Note: Without the discount
they said they would give me for my trouble.)
The cover came highly recommended by another list member... I sure hope it
was worth the hassle. I'll install it this coming weekend and keep
everyone posted as to how it goes.
