Body lift is one way. I think you might end up with some issues with a
body lift. Little PITA's like brake lines too short, shifters too
short, (Exp. the transfer case, that one is SHORT!) fan/shroud
clearance, straining wiring and hoses. The possibilities are endless
with a body lift.
