Checkmate flush mount tonneau cover?

Does anyone know how the checkmate flush mount (fiberglass) tonneau
covers work? That is, how are they installed? Some sort of framework
in the bed? Is there drilling required?

I have a Mopar under-the-rail bed liner, and I was thinking that,
if there is some sort of support structure under there, the liner might
interfere. Anyone have a flush mount with a bed liner, or does anyone
know if it'll work?

I've got a scanned copy of Checkmate's brochure that Mike Clark
sent to me some time ago, but I can't tell from the pictures how
the covers are attached.

  Thanks!
