Whenever a dealer performs actions from a TSB or RECALL issued from the
manufacturer, they're supposed to put a sticker on there showing what
they did and that it was authorized by the manufacturer. If you read the
actual TSB documents, sometimes they'll have a copy of the form they're
supposed use attached to it.
In this case, it looks like they simply updated the software revision of
your SBEC's code.
