Team (V)opar wins!!!!!!
After some stiff competition and minor problems, the Houston based 1998 Dodge
Dakota Pro Stock Truck of Team (V)opar and Nickens Racing w/ driver David
Nickens, won the class with a 7.70et. Beating a shivy
S-10.....................
I spocke w/ David after the race and he is really fired up and ready to
continue stiffing the brand-x competition for 11 more races this year. "I was
a little late at the starting line, but the top end HP of that 358ci really
came on at about 60' mark"
Keep an eye on this man and thr Patterson team, they will make ya proud to own
and drive your Dak............
Going back to day for more. One (V)opar in the Pro Stock car field-Darrell
Alderman #3 qualifier.This is the fastest Pro Stock field in NHRA history w/
top three cars running 200mph.
