Well I would like some padding to be sewn in under the cloth. The cloth
and padding would be done by a company that specializes in car interiors or
boat seats (sure not me), there are plenty here in Fla I would imagine. I
need to biuld a dummy test box to see just how the comfort levels go first.
I am 5'10" and it took about 3~4" above the seat to put my head into the
ceiling but that was some sorry testing to be honest. My first thought was
to remove the lower plastic shelf beneath the seat but that seems like
quite a hassle for just 2" even though those 2" would definately keep the
hair off the ceiling.

The idea is to have the enclosure look like a stock higher seat from the
top (Agate material?, is it possible to get this?), the front and sides
would either be done in the same or with carpet to match the floor. The
seat would be slightly stiffer than the stock rear, but not as stiff as
straight wood :-)

As soon as I finish relocating I will seriously get involved with it.

Regards

Nicholas
