cams and emissions warranty

why are you worried about voiding the emissions warranty on an '88
Dakota? The warranty is only good for the first 5 years, 50K whichever
comes first...
  By the way, my '94 4X4 318 has every upgrade you guys have ever
written about or tried, and the last emissions test in Md was-

HC 55ppm, state maximum 220 ppm
CO 0.12 %, state maximum 1.20 %
CO2 14.4 %, state mimimum 6.0 %

These readings were taken with the Chryler Magnum cam/lifter kit (which
says on a sticker on the box emissions exempt....) 46,000 miles..

Now, my bone stock 92 318 tested at 25 ppm, .09% co, and 14.4% co2- so
you tell me ...
