When this List was first started and for quite awhile postings were
ON topic useful, interesting and useful most of the time and thus the
volume of postings was reasonable. Recently the volume has
substantially increased due to it being used like a "party line" for
lonely people!! Now the wheat is getting buried with all the Chaff. Is
there anything that can be done to encourage more relevant use??
