Cost of the Rhino Liner varies. $360 sounds a tad steep for under the rail
black. Maybe you can talk him down $25 or so :)

The mud flaps I have are the moulded ones that Mopar makes. They have the
Ram's head embossed on them and they extend a bit beyond the edge of the
bottom of the fender to give added protection over the flat kind that fit
entirely within the fender well. At $31 a pair they are kinda expensive
but, IMHO, worth it. Be advised that they are made for vehicles both with
and without fender flairs. Be sure the dealer orders the proper style.
