Hey Tony where are all the cops at in Louisiana? When I went to New
Orleans for Mardi Gras I didn't see a single cop on the way there or on
the way back either (Of course there were plenty of cops out in Alabama to
take advantage of the Mardi Gras traffic, got stopped going both ways
there, but luckily only got one ticket because the second time the cop got
an emergency call), is there a highway to avoid while in Louisiana?....
