I have a '94 4x4 with the 5.2 (stock) engine. I have a spark knock problem. I
have tried different grades of gasoline, changed the spark plugs, cleaned the
rotor and dist. cap but it's still there. (Under acceleration) I have been told
by a local dealer that the timing is not adjustable and it is an inherent problem
with the engine. I bought the truck used. it has about 40000 on it.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
