For the most part, the negative press that MPI is getting on the list
right now seems more or less on the mark. I have no problem with somebody
running a mail order business out of their house, and Jules has shown a
good deal of expertise over the list in the past. However, my sole dealing
with MPI was to shell out $5 for the catalog, which came after a somewhat longer
wait than I expected. The catalog had a lot of interesting stuff, but the prices
were out of the ballpark. I don't think I got my $5 worth just to find that
out. I bought my Addco rear anti-swaybar at the local AutoZone and saved at
least $60.

If you pay big speed shop prices, you should get friendly expertise and
treatment to justify the money. Otherwise you may as well deal with the
lame but cheap Wal-Marts of performance parts like Summit and Jeg's.

  Just my opinion,

  Ron
