  Hello DAKsters (& Rick),

The MOPAR air cleaner kit consists of:

Top. Finned cast aluminum with Pentastar & "Mopar Performance"
cast into it. Black wrinkle with polished fins.

Base: Galvanized steel with shaped, flow enhancing air inlet.
                  No PCV hose connection, though.

Element: Paper design, 12.75 OD, 11.00 ID, 2.75 High.

Kit: Base gasket, wing nut, 8.5" piece of threaded rod.

Summit racing told me the closest K&N part to fit is #1530, which is
12.50 OD, 11.00 ID, 2.75" high. That is what I ordered after returning
the 14" K&N that I originally ordered (14" as stated in the Mopar
Performance Parts catalog).

Just the Mopar kit was worth 12 HP on my R/T (360), will check again
with the K&N when it comes in.

                Later,

                        Russ Selkirk
