I just replaced my 10W30 winter weight oil with some 5W30 synthetic blend
and Slick50 additive. I have noticed that since the change, my oil
pressure gauge reads noticeably higher. The oil level is fine (right in
the middle of the acceptable range). Anyone know why the oil pressure
would increase with the change to 5W30, synthetic, or PTFE additive?
