RE: Airaid now available for Dakotas!!

Guys,

I saw something like this in the K&N catalog (can't remember what it was
called). They had it listed for the Grand Cherokee. It looked a lot
better than the air raid model. The GC version looked like it went on
the opposite(of DAK), and replaced the air box. It was molded with a
plastic support, that basically put it in the same place as the stock
air box. I noticed in one of the (air raid, ram photo) pictures that
the air filter was sitting on part of the truck front quarter panel. I
can't imagine that being good for air flow. The Suburban model looks
more like the on that I saw for the GC, only with out the plastic
guard/support. I will look into this a little more, and see if I can
come up with the name.
