Thanks for the reply. Any particular brand KYB? Where do you get those,
like a Pep Boys or mail order?

}
} Questions on shocks. I have a 95 with 80k plus miles on it. I bought it
} used. How can I tell if the shocks have been changed?
} Also, it looks simple to change them, (I have never done it) but is there
} anything that would prevent a newbie from changing his own shocks, like
} alignment or something?
Replacing shocks is easy. The rears are trivial, the fronts are a
little awkward, but it is a good newbie project. The two nuts on the
top of the fronts don't have much room around them. You may need to buy
a cheap wrench and cut it shorter. It helps to have a third hand to get
the bottom of the fronts bolted in, but either get a friend to help or
use a bottle jack, or just swear a lot.
I recommend KYBs. They cost more than Monroes, but they are worth every
penny. They are much cheaper than Bilstiens.
