Replacing shocks is easy. The rears are trivial, the fronts are a
little awkward, but it is a good newbie project. The two nuts on the
top of the fronts don't have much room around them. You may need to buy
a cheap wrench and cut it shorter. It helps to have a third hand to get
the bottom of the fronts bolted in, but either get a friend to help or
use a bottle jack, or just swear a lot.

I recommend KYBs. They cost more than Monroes, but they are worth every
penny. They are much cheaper than Bilstiens.
