This means your torque converter is either stuck in lockup mode or it wont
lock up.
Basically, your torque converter is probably shot. If you still have your
drivetrain warranty your ok. Take it in right away. When I bought my 92, I
had this prob. The dealer deemed the torque converter defective. But I also
had a 45 or 47 (cant remember) which involved the overdrive vaccuum module
(95-on A518s or 46Rs are electronic which may not have this prob.) Dodge gave
me a new A518 all under warranty. Dont waste time because if you are getting
the code, its already broken.
