Bent Crossmember

While 4 wheelin' yesterday i hit a stump and bent a crossmember it dosen't
look like a big deal to me the front is pushed in a little and the back is
fine but i was wondering if this is a big deal and if it may cause problems
down the line. It looks to me like its just bolted onto the frame on each
side is it possible to relpace this if needed? or should I just not worry
about it?
