through inspection with oversize tires and had no problems, they were
concerned with align ment and tread depth more than anything else. There
is a height limit for bumpers, I can't remember what it is. The
inspections are done by shops that are licensed by the state, no state
agency does vehicle inspections, except for emmissions testing and this
is only the Washington - Baltimore area. I installed headers on my '77
Ramcharger along with duals and never had any problems. As long as the
vehicles meet factory specs for emmisions, brakes, suspension
alignment, headlight alignment, glass, and all lights working you
shouldn't have any worries.
