Stock manifold bolts

Ok well after doing some stuff on the Dak today I was checking the ehxuast
manifold bolts, remembering someone on here said that they were loose on
their new Dak. Well after 91,000 miles most only needed to be tightened
about one half turn, if that. BUT I found something disturbing that I don't
know when or how it could of happened!!!!......here it is. On the driver's
side, now mine is V6 remember, there are 4 bolts holding the manifold on.
There are 2 bolt heads in the front by the power stering pump and there are
are bolt threads with nuts on the rear of the manifold.....well there is
only one bolt thread with a nut on it......the other hole that is closest
to the firewall doesn't have a bolt thread coming out of it. I can only
stick a toothpick in 3/4 of an inch. This is between I believe that 3 and 5
cylinder. My shop manual shows that a bolt thread with nut is supposed to be
there. UGH, sorry for such a long post but this kind worries me. I have no
clue on how this could of happened. Any suggestion on what to do about this??
Is it that big of deal, like maybe the bolt that is broke off in the hole is
enough thread to hold it on securely. I am lost, don't know what to do about
it, please help. Thanks alot guys, I know you will pull through and help
me out like you always do. Thanks......
Kyle
