Yes, Now that good ol Gov Casey lost the election, most highways are now
65 with a few 55 speedtraps thrown in.

Fines are supposed to be doubled now that they got 65.

Just remember one thing in PA. State law does not(Did Not) permit
moving radar. So they hide.
