You can buy new clips at auto parts stores. They are identified as Ford
clips.

The plastic door panel is held onto the metal by U shaped panel clips.
After
awhile they will get loose allowing vibration. If you want to remedy this
then pull off your door panel. Where the clips insert, put a little spooch
(silicone adhesive i.e. Permatex) in there and re-assemble. This should
help.
