I weld everyday with both stick and mig. Welding the headers up would be a
piece of cake for me with a mig. I am sure that is what is used at JBA.
Stainless is a bit more contrary to weld, but they should be in great shape
after all the headers they build. The "buckshot" could have been easily
removed at the factory with pneumatic wire brush, or avoided all together by
using the correct settings and a clean tip. And the bad welds could have been
cleaned up too with a carbide tip.
