Send a copy of the message to abuse@iname.com. They appear to take
spam quite seriously, and have a fairly agressive stance against it.
Here's a section of the FAQ at www.mindless.com:
HOW CAN I HELP STOP SPAMMING?
Description:
How can I help stop spamming?
Solution:
The best way to stop spammers is to immediately
alert us of abuse of our service. This enables us to
terminate spammers` accounts before they
receive responses to their emails. This stops
spammers from profiting at the expense of the
Internet community. If you have received what
you consider is a `spam` please send a copy of the
email (with the email header intact) to
abuse@iname.com. We will investigate each
occurrence of unsolicited email and act quickly to
stop this abusive behavior.
If we determine that a spamming has occurred
from one of our users we will suspend the service
of the account in question to prevent further
unauthorized activity. Confirmation of violations
will result in termination of the account and
criminal prosecution will be taken wherever
possible against any abuse of the our service,
infrastructure or customers. When appropriate,
we refer spamming activity to the proper legal
authorities including the Federal Bureau of
Investigation`s Computer Crime Unit. Interfering
with an Internet Service Provider is a Federal
Crime.
