I just don't understand how you guys got your headers on so quick and easy.
I started last night, removing the battery and air box, loosing up the
header bolts, and exhaust manifold flanges. That all took about 2 hours.
Then I dove into about 7am today and was at it untill about 3pm. I can't
reach a damn thing in there!!! Well after a few hundred minute cuts, many a
sore muscle(the human body is just not supposed to bend that way!) I was
done. Now here's the problems. I can't get a good seal from the Y pipe to
the passenger side header, in fact I just can't get a seal. Next there is
just hissing coming from everywhere. I followed directions, I thought I did
everything right.
So now I'm in dire need of help. Could you guys tell me exactly how you
did it, in what order you did what, step by step? Or perhaps I should throw
in the towel and take it to a mechanic? Know any good national chains? Any
good places in Portland, Oregon? Midas deals with exhaust, do you think
they would work with this? Any idea what this might cost? Any and all help
would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Jason
