>Yep--38,000miles. I did go to Denver's truck fest and went through 2 runs,
but the tranny was already making the sound of doing a racheting when going
into overdrive. I knew this sound wasn't normal and I went to a tranny
specialist that does only Chrysler products and he said this
was(unfornately) normal for the 518 trans. he said even though the 518 trans
was a modified 727 with a overdrive, the overdrive was a weak link that's
caused a bunch of headaches, but he now knows what I want and he's building
it up the way it should of been from the factory. I only trailered one time,
most of the time it's just getting me back and forth to work--fast of
course.
