Thought of this too, but the wonderful laws here in California don't allow
passengers in the beds of pickup trucks (at all: verboten]). So it wasn't
really a concern. I already have a shell cover on it (a nice aerodynamic
SnugTop) so it was a thought, but I'm going to go with the side exit in front
of the wheel. Thanks for the input. (The dog rides in the Cab, passenger
airbag can be shut off)
