Sticking Parking Brake

I'm gonna run this one by the list again.

I have a problem with the E-brake on my 97 Clubcab V8 SLT 4x4. After
driving for a while (ie. brakes have heated up) and then parked for a few
hours, the E-brake does not release.
Gently rocking the truck (ie. foot out the door) and CLUNK, the brake
releases. It's almost like the shoes have stuck to the drum.

The dealer has disassembled and cleaned the rear brakes, beveled the shoes
and lubricated. All the cables are free.

This does not occur if the E-brake is applied when the brakes are cool...ie
after a short trip.

Anyone else had this problem? Any cures?

Thanks.
