I fully understand the traction question. My little Shadow had a hell of a
time getting any when you floored the pedal. It could break the tires loose
through 3 gears. It needed to be 4WD. If I were to try and put together a
track monster twin turbo V8 I would start with a 4x4 with dual anti-slip
diff's. It would be nice to see a truck light up all four wheels. You'd
certainly get the respect of the guy racing next to you... ^_^

Shaun,
Myself and a friend, installed a set up on a 92 Dak , 5 years ago.......Used
twin 2.2L turbos, with a lot of custom bent pipe and part of a intercooler
from a Peterbuilt.............The 5.2L Mag was rebuilt to the best race specs
as parts would allow (not many after-market suppliers in 93) The truck ran
like hell! 1/4 mi times were in the 11 sec range, but traction was horrible.
That's how the truck met its death. Lost traction at the strip and rolled
several times. I still have the engine, but it is a little bent too.
BTW this was NOT my truck..................
