P.S. Why the preoccupation with gas mileage? Seems diametrically opposed to
going fast (at least in the extreme cases)...

Jack, I think the problem lies in the 5.9! For one, you are currently
getting
3.7 MPG
more than my 5.9 5spd. Solution for that, you need more mods. I've found
that the more mods the less MPG. Second, your low ET's are due to again,
you
need more mods!! Also, Get skinneys on the front for the track. Those R/T
wheels are just to wide up there for straight shots. And, Im a 5 spd guy.
