RE: Vortech& Ram-Air hood question

The vortech is noisy due to it's straight cut gears.

Powerdyne also makes a centrifugal blower but it has a kevlar or
fiberglass belt inside. Almost slient at idle. But IMHO it can't supply
the volume needed for a for a 360. I've had one before I got a Vortech.

Roots blowers (T-bird, Buick, etc.) are quiet as well. And I think their
powerband is more desirable in a truck (low to midrange boost) but they
are not as efficient.

Ok then I don't want one. So who makes a quiet SC. You
don't hear the SC on a
TBird super coup or a Buick GS supercharged and Turbos
aren't very noisy either.
So I need to find a quiet one. Any suggestions anybody?
