I would recommend a soft/railed tonneau from Checkmate. Although I don't
have one, they are cheap, and haven't heard any complaints. No, soft are
not noisy, at least my soft/railed isn't. Gas mileage does improve. Mine
went from high 14's to 16 city, and up to 20 highway, that's w/ a few bolt
on mods and a ram air hood.
