I'd be happy to. First, we'll count the spare, so that's 1, then
picture yourself walking around the truck and just count the tires.
(I'll even give you a visual aid; a cool ASCII graph) ;-)

Total = 7. The math may seem intimidating at first, but for my
college educated self, its as easy as 1, 2, 4.
