I agree Russ. I'd like a few more inches, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna'
pay $2k or more for it! I'd really like to get the body out of harms way
in the meantime, but like you, I can't find a lift for the '97+ Daks...

What do you think of just cranking up the torsion bars to give 1 maybe 2
more inches?

  never heard of them...must be a Northern store. The cheapest l have found
down here is ~$2500 installed, but they can't even get the kit. Apparently
they are stuck in R&D. Still $2500 is a lot to pay for a lift when l can get
a body lift and install it myself for ~$200. I know a body isn't as good as a
suspension, but still $2300 is a lot of cash..plus l can always put a
suspension on later and have 7" ;-).
