It would be very difficult for the dealer to detect the throttle body mod in
the un-polished state. They would have to be addressing a TB problem to
detect the mod. Its only noticable if you look down the bores. Jon S
posted some comparison pictures on the DML (under bbridges) that you can
look at...

I know it is probably not that noticable by just glancing at it but I am
worried about this voiding my warranty, I know they could do it if they
wanted to because this is not a smog legal mod (neither is my open
element but I can put the stock air hat on in seconds). How different
does it look? Do you think I could do it w/o the dealership noticing?
