The 245 60 is about 26.6"
The 215 75 is 27.8"
Speedometer readings will be off.
Truck would be about 1/2" lower.

Tread width:
The 245 60 is about 7.3"
The 215 75 is 5.9"
The tread will be inside the front
fender lip but inner clearance may be
a problem for a full turn.

Section width:
The 245 60 is about 9.8"
The 215 75 is 8.5"
The tire bulge will outside the front
fender lip just a bit.
Inner clearance may be a problem as
the upper A-arm(?) with the tire bulge as
it's located just beyond the inner lip
of the 15" stock rim.
