The V6-V8 comparison is correct.. Chrysler actually took the 5.2L and took
out 2 cylinders..
(5.2/8)*6=3.9.. otherwise it shares many common parts (rods, pistons, rings,
etc)

But the V10 is a COMPLETELY different animal.. doesn't even have a
distributor... iginition is timed electronically. and (5.2/8)*10 = 6.5,
where the V10 is 8.0L... it's stroked more than the 5.2L.
There are also MAJOR differences between the Viper V10 & the truck V10.. the
first being that the Viper V10 is aluminum, while the Truck version is
Iron... the RPM ranges are wildly different, too.
