Looking for parts

I somewhat remember someone on the list that was a service manger for a
dealership, who could get parts at a discounted price. I however lost
his name and email. I am looking for a bumper and bolts for a '94
Dakota Sport ( the bumper & bolts are black). If anyone still has his
