I agree that it is a cheap shot...but I don't hold what he said completely
truthful. I'm not sure where the info. came form for we have several people
who work on the site but I am the webmaster of it. When I get home from work
I will remove that picture and caption on it. The rest of the stuff and
probably more will stay though because it's just fun and games. You know
yourself that if there were no opinions then there would only be one brand
of vehicle, etc. I shouldn't have to explain that. I've taken all kinds of
ribbing for owning Fords but that's life. I've dished out plenty as well. As
for spanking Rangers, I too know that some of those guys try and turn
nothing into something and talk all kinds of crap about it. The ONLY reason
a dakota will outrun a Ranger is because of the V8. I would love to have
another V8 Ranger (my last one married a honda prelude and moved to a
junkyard) but that truck would haul. But there is some hope, since Ford has
been selling the pants off with the Ranger they will probably never change
very much until sales start to decline. There is a company now that is
selling turbo kits for the 4cylinder and v6 so things will start to change a
little. I've got a 302 and 5 speed in my garage right now (sitting next to
my 'Cuda) that I plan on installing but I want to try the turbo first.
