Had the same problem in my Indy Ram last week and it was the ABS sensor in the
rear end.
The part is around a $100 or so from the dealer. Had the same problem on a 90
Furd p/u and it was also the sensor . The ABS has it's own computer and you can
pull the codes but it is a hassle with out a scan tool. With the two lights on
it means your rear wheel antilock system won't work.
You might consider getting one from the junk yard. They either work or not.
