I've got a few questions regarding torsion bars.

First off, I know that a few people have cranked their 97+ Daks up an inch
or so by adjusting the torsion bars. Question is, did you do it yourself,
and if so what was involved? I'm not very mechanically competent, so is it
something I should attempt myself, or should I bring it somewhere? What
type of shop would do it?

Also, what would anybody use as blocks for the back? I'm not sure if any
companies make 1" blocks.
