Randy,
The problem you are describing is in a TSB, not a recall. In the recall, the
bolts may shear in a wreck. The TSB for what you are describing talks about
replacing washers or something like that. On my truck, the problem was
solved by retourqing the cab mount bolts. They were very slightly loose,
caused by a poor installation of my nerf bars.
