Has anyone successfully installed the power tailgate lock by
steadfast? JC Whitney list it for 97 and up. PN on the box DD610. I
made an attempt. The wiring was correct and it works with the factory
power locks.The bolts for the tailgate mounting plate for the solenoid
didn't match up. Maybe they changed the tailgate between 97-99. You
also need a torx T-45 for removal of the tailgate.
