Yep, Robert is dead on with this figure of 18 mpg. Mine is
18-18.5 with a 3.92SG rearend. This was a welcome surprise
with this gearing. Got to keep it around 65-70mph tho. Over
70 drops mpg fast.

You guys are *still* driving me nuts! I got the 3.55 gears and I've pegged
it with the cruise control at both 65 and 70 as has been suggested and my
mileage still sucks! I wish I had gotten the 3.92 gears now... Clearly
the mileage wouldn't be any worse (Damn, it seems like it would be better!)
and I could of had some fun smoking the Badyears off the rims!!

And let me tell ya I have smoked 4 sets of tires so far. I do not have any
problems hooking up or producing a fine smoke show on any kind of road
surface. Love that sure grip.
