RE: New Dakota chick's tires

Although I own a '97 2WD Dak...I lifted the truck 2" and had no clearance
problems with the 31" BFG's. If I didn't lift the truck, I would have had to
cut/trim the inside-front fender wells. I used to run 30" tires without any
problems..bear in mind that i'm still using the stock 15x8 rims.

High Speed Cornering/Handling is definitely a problem, but then again, it's not
meant for racing around the curves anyway. I replaced the rear swaybar with
the Helwig "Sport-Tech" Kit (along with a set of RS5000 Ranchos) and gained
some of the handling back.
