Well , it will not have a CARB number or be EPA certified , but as long as
it isn't tipping off the sniffer , I think I can slide it by .

Hafta do some more checking on that point though .

Would a turbo drastically alter emmisions enough to fail a vehicle ?

If the vehicle is in good running condition it shouldn't be putting out any
more emmisions than normal should it ?

Anyone ?
