I'll be damned!! I did the exact same thing with my Accel coil - and put
it in the same location. Except, I chopped the wires off before the
factory coil and put a set of male/female connectors on it. That way I can
hook up either coil at any time. And yes, that buzzing sound from the
Accel gets annoying! Just gotta turn the stereo up, that's all!!

Hmm....here's an idea about the getting rid of the noise I haven't tried
yet, but am looking into. You could take a couple thin pieces of rubber
and a thin sheet of steel or aluminum. Then sandwhich the steel plate with
the rubber insulators. Maybe that would get rid of the sound???
